Now I'll call the total level of your team Unit Skill by point, each 10 Points you get 1 Team Unit Skill Level. Your team always start with 10 Points (even if it's empty), and when you put an Idol with Unit Skill Lv10, it's 10+10=20 Points, so you'll have Team Unit Skill Lv2. If all your Team members (9 girls) have Unit Skill Lv10, you'll have 10+90=100 Points (Team Unit Skill Lv10). That's why if all your Idol have Unit Skill Lv5, then it's 10+45=55 Points (Team Unit Skill Lv5).

Oh, I meant I set up an alarm during the day (when I'm awake), like after life is used up, I set up alarm/timer for 2.5 hrs later so that I dont have to keep checking (also, Id probably forget to check at some point and come back having already replenished an hour ago or something).

Though, yes, I too end up not waking up from alarms either. Just today I was almost late for school cause I didnt wake up from the alarm and my family already left for school/work so there was no noise to disturb me to wake up lol

It's feel like Captain have her short hairs for ages already, from Hello Pro Kids, until start of Berryz Koubou. And early they have more actives than recently, so if you follow Berryz Koubou from long time, you might get impressed with her short hairs than long hairs (well, personally I like her short-straight hairs better).
