Tasaki Asahi wrote:Last year、 Reina-san gave me advice
「In winter、 wear shorts and long boots、 it’s stylish and cute! Give it a try!」
So I thought I’d put that advice to use this year

Also、 in Five Stars2014, I’d be appearing with LoVendoЯ-san、 so in order to get advice from Reina-san, I went wearing shorts + boots!

Having done that…
The shorts were shorter than I thought、 and my legs were sticking out so much that I was unbearably embarrassed…꒰◍ඹ◻︎ඹ◍꒱
I saw myself in the mirror before heading out、 and it didn’t feel like it was short though

To the extent that I wondered
Did the mirror lie to me!?(ーー;)

Besides、 Reina-san hadn’t come as she wasn’t doing so well on that day, so I couldn’t get her advice in the end
For the time being, I took a photo ⬇︎

Going to a rehearsal like that, I was really in a rush >_<
Once it was on my mind、 I ended up alーways being aware of it

Definitely、 no one noticed it though‥‥

But、 when Kaori-san, who does the drums for LoVendoЯ-san, said
「You're wearing trousers like Reina's!」
It made me glad that she noticed it (*uωu*)

The number of outfits I have that are from a genre I normally wouldn't buy have increased thanks to lucky-dip bags、 pink-coloured outfits that I've never worn before、 I'd like to bring myself up to the challenge!!

What with UpFront actually working on expanding (and promoting) their actual artists within UF but outside of H!P, I don't see anyone who's not already in H!P joining H!P anytime soon. Especially not B&S since they actually have fans and have something going for them.

^^ haha. Yep yep. Asahi's is more idolish without her usual one piece dress.

Finally got around to watch the latest MUSIC+ and...
man. I've said this before, but Takui is so damn cool. *_* I knew this already but it's always nice to get it confirmed. *_*

Oops ... I just said they don't dance. UF might actually try to make them more idolish :(

Well, with their MV for Renai WARS, they are a bit idolish. They also do have a sound that some idol groups hve already obtained.

Edit: Nevermind, two posts above prove that they're atleast decent dancers

But I think they're not suited for it. Back when Asahi was still a soloist, I was thinking that it would be nice for her to be part of H!P too, but I can't see her now as an idol. She isn't the type, plus due to the education she has received (I'm not sure now, but she was in a very religious school(catholic maybe?)) she's got other standards I guess. Plus plus another kind of exposure which I don't see her dealing with. The same last for Moemi. And as @Sohee says, they are already going on pretty well, and it seems like they're enjoying things like that, so not a need.

Something interesting about Takui by the way is his incredible spirit. On live that's totally not-unnoticeable and the crowd is all eyes on him but it's something present iat his compositions too, and I love it <3

Yeah, I agree. Idols or not, they're still a great group so it doesn't matter to me. Plus, I like this direction they're taking. The piano girl and her lovely assisstant.

Thinking about it again and looking at how LoVendoR is now, it might actually turn out great for them with this more idol approach. UF have a lot of experience in training, managing and making music for idols and for new artists in 1980s, but they are pretty much a newcomer in promoting new artist for this era. So the "talented but unpolished young artists with interesting personalities and high degree of performing ability" approach here seems to work in their flavor for their current fanbase which are mostly idol fans. I was skeptical when Reina said that she wanted to keep her idol image with LoVendoR, but now I have to agree with her that that was a good choice.

If you like Takui, you will probably like Watase Maki too. She is also VERY interesting. Although Lindberge music can be boring for those who are younger than me. :P
