The average age from day 1 until today is 17.94


From 1997 to 2008 went up and down between 17 and 18.5, then it went up to 21.4 at the end of 2010. With the 9th and 10th generation it went down to below the average up to today. Without the 12 generation the average age would have gone back to the average, now it went down again.

Im guessing Shabran's is using the current age of all the members, while Menno is doing the age when they were in the group?

That's indeed what I calculated, the average age of all the members when they were in the group.

When I calculate the average age using Shabran's method I also come out at 24.43 , so that's indeed today's average age of all members past and present.
