A spring tour postmortem…

For this tour, the concept itself was to challenge ℃-ute.

Honestly, looking at the set list
It had a different atmosphere from ℃-ute’s usual tours, but I thought that it would be another enjoyable tour.

At the first rehearsal
For our chair-utilising performance
The usual feelings I have when challenging something new turned up — I’d like to show it off soon, and see what sort of response we’d get.

The two who challenged themselves with pole dancing
Way beforehand, they’d been continuously practising again and again
While getting bruised
They did their best, looking forward to show it to everyone…

It was like their efforts were giving the 3 of us a pep talk.

But you know, in truth
When we started the tour, it wasn’t that sweet.

We received a lot of harsh criticisms
And it bothered us that we were the talk of the town in a different way than usual…

℃-ute discussed it countless times.

We got discouraged at some points, and in the midst of that, people were asking our opinions on ‘What route is ℃-ute heading towards?’

℃-ute gets easily depressed in our own way
But all of us believed in ourselves,

“There’s also this sort of ℃-ute.
This is the ℃-ute of the present.”

So we held our heads high.

It might be the case that there aren’t any idols doing what we were, but since we thought that ℃-ute should be the ones to venture into something new
We believed in our members and teachers

And we did our best, so that all the fans who were under the impression that this was something wrong would come to understand what we were doing.

There were people who were said from the beginning that it was good, and there were also people who said that it wasn’t to their tastes no matter how many times they watched us do it.

However, gradually
The number of people who told us that we were looking great were on the rise, that made us really happy.

It’s great that we put in that effort! ^ ^ ♡

We get the chance to learn a lot of things at every tour
But this time around, we learned once again
That we shouldn’t quit anything
And work hard, believing in ourselves.

And after this,
I think that you’ll be able to see the cute ℃-ute on stage again (｀・∀・´)

But from the experiences from this tour
I think that the breadth of us being cute, as well as being cool, has become even wider. ^ ^ ♡♡♡

To all of the fans who watched attentively over us until the end, thank you very much!!

From now on as well, we beg for your kindness in cheering on ℃-ute with whatever we’re fighting against!

today, the mama (Eripon) brought her excited little kid (Fukumura Mizuki) to the Anpanman Museum in Yokohama (at her photobook release event, Mizuki mentioned wanting to go there). Eripon got her birthday balloon too.
