I came across that, but thought it was a fan site. Mainly because of the avatar, and nothing really obviously official when viewing it on the YouTube app on a tablet, and it doesn't have a banner like the official H!P YouTube channels.

It couldn't hurt them to take five minutes and at least make a custom banner for the channel, but it is indeed the official one.
