Considering how we've seen Kaneko backstage before (or rather the attitude she has; I AM SENPAI TREAT ME AS SUCH, which is amazing how she can be so confident and yet... yeah. Lack.) it wouldn't surprise me if she was quite honest to her. Maybe not necessarily mean, but I doubt she took her age into consideration or the fact that she has only been around for... a month or two.

Rikako has to debut soon, her media popularity has to be taken advantage of, and given that she had previous experience in an idol group she could do fine (at least dancing wise), she still isn't as good as other fellow eggs, but I think she has the potential.

MM or a new egg unit would be fine, just put her somewhere soon

I have a feeling Rikako will be the centre of a new Kenshuusei unit. I could see her in MM。, but I dunno. I think she'd be better off in her own group where she could shine. Kinda like how Karin ended up (and Sayuki, arguably).
