It does, but I just took it as a generic synthwave aesthetic. With H!P's predilection for ripping off paying homage to the oldies they might even be referencing some of the old 1980's era source material like Eurythmics or Tangerine Dream.

Kitario's face is pale compared to her legs
Either she really likes hats, she doesn't like tanning beds, or management made her do it like that.

I thought "Wake-up Call" was a different, attention catching PV. The cheesy graphics were winning, like with Camellia's "Mousou dake nara Freedom". Daaishi's mean face was a nice addition to the video Needs more watches.
