I think the platinum hair is making it more obvious, but yeah, Yumeno has always had tanner skin.

If you scroll so as to cut off her head in that pic, so that you only see her from the neck down, she doesn't really łook all that tanned. So I completely agree the contrast of her hair must accentuate the warmth of her skin.
