I am more than intrigued by Shinjiru Shika... but also nervous AF.
It's like when Beyonds did the Kinoko / Takenoko song and I thought it was awesome - but then switches into that major and happy melody once they unite into one "we all love it!" faction... As a play-type of song, it makes sense but as an album song tbh I wish it stayed in the dark-themed part lol.

...So I'm cautiously optimistic for that song.

So excited for the album as a whole!!!! I loved '15 the message soooooooooo let's go!

I hope the experiment with a new sound on this album. It’s like, the best way to test the waters. It’s obvious in the album that Morning Musume have a select core that work on their sound and it will probably not change drastically. So if they are going to stick around, have no fun and draw outside the lines!

I love how the lines generational. 15th Gen, 13th + 14th Gen, 12th Gen, 10th + 11th Gen and 9th Gen.
I honestly wonder if it’s perhaps a hint that Mei and Miki will definitely be a front liner after 9th —> 11th Gen eventually graduate.

Also the whole song sounds like an Anime Opening or is it just me?

Ayumi's thoughts on the "Renai Destiny ~Honne wo Ronjitai~" performance

There was so much to see in the song "Renai Destiny"

- 1st time performance.
- The parts for each generation
- Maa-chan's singing a line about "Kekkon" (Marriage)
- Oda's line "Tomaranai" (Non-Stop)
- The damn best song.
- Choreography by Kyun (きゅん)
- Please enjoy the album!

You said it, my guy! It's not that I haven't enjoyed MM's extremely extremely lengthy foray into EDM, but dang is it good to have them go back to their roots with a more traditional song.

Nope, I totally agree. It's got a similar energy to Koko ni Iruzee, which was also an Anison sounding bop.

Yeah, this song has such great energy. I could definitely see this being a hype song once concerts get back to normal.

(Also can we please get more singles in this vein?)
