[10/2] Kobushi Factory 2nd Album "Kobushi Daini Maku"

^ There is something, but I can't place it either. It's just out of grasp.

So far I have no complaints, it seems to be another solid album (which continues to leave me fine with waiting out the long gaps between them). My favorites right now are probably "Come with me" and "Hirakinaocchae!", but I expect a few of the a cappella tracks will put up a good fight.

I heard the melody too so me being the obsessive person I am wracked my brain because it was VERY familiar. And mind you, it was only during Nomura’s solo that I can hear the melody.

So I thought back on every anime series I ever watched as a high schooler/college years because the list was small due to the fact anime wasn’t as big as it was now. Coupled with the fact that it sounds like something that could have been a cover and my detective skills narrowed me down to, Yume no Naka e.
The ending from Kare Kano.


But it was a cover so I went deeper. That meant looking up ever version of the song I had. And then I also remember it because Zone did it and before I became a H!P fan I was a massively big Zone fan.



And the 80s version with Saito Yuki. This melody has been bouncing around my head for a couple of decades now. ;D

Album Promotion event

on October 4th, Kobushi Factory Nomura Minami and Inoue Rei will have a talk and handshake event at the TSUTAYA Machida store (a partner of the FC Machida Zelvia Club), to commemorate the release of "Yes! We are Family ~FC Machida Zelvia ver.~" on Kobushi Factory's new album.

Included in Limited Edition A DVD (Kobushi Factory Otodama Sea Studio 2019 Live), there will be audio commentary by Nomura Minami included, since she was absent from the event. She talked a lot.

The audio commentaries are great. Used to be included in a lot more releases (including concerts).
Only ever the one (Berryz Kobo's 1st Alo Hello) got subtitled. Still hoping there might be more one day.

Shoujo Q: Damn, thanks for putting that much thought into it. I gave up trying to figure it out after 10 minutes or so. I must've heard the Saito Yuki version during one of my oldies idol marathons, because that anime is still sitting somewhere on my To Watch list.
