I think in Angerme's formation, new member represent the graduated one. Hokkaido sisters replace Ayacho, and Rin replace Rinappu. That's what i see.

Well.. Moe is technically 19 but she’ll be turning 20

We may have at least a year of peace after Rina but I’m willing to bet Kana or Mizuki might announce graduating and H!p will probably add in another Kenshuusei
