I find it amusing that they shoot the pelvic thrust part of the dance from the waist up like they were filming Elvis in the 50's.

Kanon's presence sure is missed in this song. Her DJ was "sweet" and made this song. Sakura comes off weak doing it. I missed it completely when I first watched the vid.

It seems like Mizuki got those lines, which sounds really strange

Uhhhhh... I didn't want to say it but you're right . But that's the case with most graduation singles. I think one of the newbies should at least got the monologue.

The way MM usually works is that they assign a line to the best singer for that line. Sakaura probably beat out the newbies because she did it better than they did. Still, the DJ monologue was doubtlessly written with Kanon in mind as her swan song, so of course she's going to be the best at it. Anybody else doing it is wearing her shoes, it's not going to be quite so comfortable.
