Which translates to... "It's not only my body that has become an adult"
How suggestive xD

I thought it would be "It's just my body that hasn't become an adult", could you please explain to me why you chose your way of translating it?
Is it a matter of context?

Nonetheless, very suggestive indeed. XD

If you look at it in a suggestive sense, yeah, but when I first read your (both) translations, I thought "my body has matured, but I have matured too, and no longer think like a child." Which is probably what it's going to be about.

Considering it's for a drama, it can go either way. AKB48 is well known for having suggestive lyrics (Momusu is also guilty, yo Morning Coffee, sup?) and it may just be art imitating life.

Explaining why... uh... I'm horrible with terminology. >_>
The easy version -- If it would be saying "My body hasn't become adult" it would be "karada ga otona ni nattenai" since the verb (naru) is what's referring to the noun (karada). In the actual title, the verb is past tense and positive - implying that it has become already. The "n janai" adds a casual tone to it and it sounds like it'll be a girl who's gonna say this "It's not just my body that's grown up - my mind has too." to the guy she likes or something.

Re: [2/3] Juice=Juice 7th single - Karada Dake ga Otona ni Nattan Ja nai / Next is you! (NEXT YOU)

^That makes perfect sense, thank you! :D
I always thought adding 'janai' at the end would just make it a negative rather than positive, hence my confusion.

Anybody want to take a guess at what genre the song will be?

Well, if it's "natta n janai" then the "janai" isn't part of the verb "naru" anymore... (also "janai" is actually "de wa nai") so therefore "become" is still a positive verb and "janai" must be it's own entity, completely separate from "becoming an adult" and is referring to "only body" so therefore "not only my body"
("naranai" or "natte(i)nai" would be negating "naru")
...did i make sense there? o.o

^Yeh, that much I know, I actually study Japanese. It's just such a subtle difference, I overlooked it. Call it a derp moment. XD

"janai" is clearly negative, but depending on context it could simply translate to the English "Right" as well. "That's what they're/he/she saying/mean, right?" etc. (Sou iu koto janai?) Casual/spoken Japanese breaks many "patterns" like this. Takes some getting used to and once you've got it it's annoying as f cause sometimes it's impossible to tell unless you've got context but hey. It's a charming language. xD
