...What could this mean? Other than "graduation single"?
They wouldn't put that in there for no reason at all.

This isn't her graduation single though. It's already been pretty much confirmed that she's going to be featured in another single, as she said "I want to write the lyrics for my last single" or something along the lines of that.

[EN] ANGERME event report at Tokyo Dome City Laqua
On July 21st, ANGERME held 2 events to celebrate the release of their new single "Nanakorobiyaoki / Gashinshoutan / Sally the Witch" (Mahoutsukai Sally).
A press conference took place before the event with many Japanese medias. Kanon Fukuda said she was studying to become a lyric writer and hoped she could sing the next ANGERME single with lyrics she would write.

That are very good covers! The artwork for the Gashin Shoutan and Maho Tsukai Sally Event V's are my favourite, they actually put effort into them.
Usually Event V covers leave a lot to be desired but these are great, I can't wait to get my hands on them once I have the money
