buying the single will get you a different version though, right? there's no way to see un-subtitled versions of Promotional Edits, i think. which is probably fine for most people, but i've always watched MV's more than listened to MP3's (or whatever sound format) so kind of sucks for me.. especially since the combination of UF using YouTube and TVs/devices making it so easy to play YouTube videos on your TV have made it so that the Promotional Edits are what i put on 90% of the time.

The blue borders look so odd and out of place. When they played around with graphics for Tokai no Hitorigurashi I thought it turned out amazing, not sure what happened here. Everything else is perfect

That was so short. Part of me is disappointed that it was so brief, but most of me I guess is pleasantly amazed that they went in, did exactly what they wanted to do, and ended it leaving us wanting more. That's what a pop song is supposed to do. Generally speaking, Maimi's voice -- annoys me is too strong a word -- but let's say the limitations of her instrument are usually very apparent to my ears. But here I find the way she sings to be extremely appealing. Its plaintive quality suits the nature of the lyrics. And Airi's hair looks amazing. For some reason the way she looks reminds me of BoA. I'm really looking forward to the making of.

And the song as a whole gives me a sort of Life in Mono vibe. Fuck I can't believe how old that song is now.

I really love this release. An amazing cap to an amazing H!P year. Although it will always be remembered as "That C-ute single that came out the week before Sayu graduated."

Realized something else while watching the PV;

I'm starting to think that Tsoonk might also have been inspired by CHO HAPPY SONG. In CHO HAPPY we got two songs that were put together into one whole, in I miss you we could conceivably get two (or three songs) from this one song. I hope this happens. Also I can't wait to see the live performances of this song because it'll really show that C-ute really are top level performers.

^ I did kind of mention something similar earlier. You even thanked me. And before me, otaku_blue noticed a relationship as well. I think at the very least Tsunku is showing he still has a few tricks up his sleeves after 20+ years composing music.

I was pleasantly surprised to realise how short I miss you is. I'm still struggling to read the subtitles because I can't stop looking at them. I hope we'll get separate PVs for each angle they've got going.
