I'm all for half the kenshuusei debuting and then the announcement of a KSS audition where like 10+ girls are added.
Thats assuming 1 girl joins Morning Musume, 4 join S/mileage and like 7 create a new group

Some ideas for a new name for S/Mileage:
S/Mileage ++ or S/Mileage on Rails (if they want to make their website their center of operations)
S/Lamage or S/Tretchage (if they want to emphasize the pro wrestling gimmick)
S/Lippage (If they want Takechan to be the center but they don't thing it will be popular)
Cinderella Revolution (if the want to take revenge on their managers for squashing the gimmick)
Amerika or some acronym that includes gen 3 as well
B/Oobage (if they want to take the group towards the Mystery Night ero group route)
Insane (well, they are)

When S/mileage underwent their first wave of changes, I always thought that S/mileage ~Death and Rebirth~ would have been a great name for a concert. It's not quite as accurate this time, but I'd love it if they used it for their first concert with the new girls.
