My guess is that Tsunku's just not up to putting together an album. Plus, singles sell better and all that, so if he is limited in what he can do (which he most probably is) it makes more sense to focus on singles rather than albums.
I do hope he's working on an MM。album, but I don't want him to overwork himself...

So, yeah, it's probably because of Tsunku's health that we haven't gotten any original albums so far this year. Which is completely understandable.

You know what would be so cool? If the members could write the songs for the album, and maybe the arrangement too. Ai and LinLin did it before, if I'm not mistakened.
We'd probaby get some really weird songs (Maachan, Meimi, Kanana, Zukki... Oh gosh, I would love to read a song they wrote.), but it'd be better than waiting for an actual album, instead of best/compilation/coupling.
Plus, it would give Tsunku more rest time. After all, he has to write songs for five different groups.

I'd be pretty interested in letting the girls come up with song concepts but writing actual songs is pretty hard.

Assuming that he's now talking about it, the music video will be released soon. Maybe tonight, maybe Wednesday, maybe next week who knows.
About time. The single will be released a bit over a month from now and we yet to know the title.
