Well Oricon Wise:

Sexy Zone's 5th Single which was released 2013.10.09 sold 145k in its first week.
Their 6th Single sold on 2014.05.14 had sales of 151k in its first week.

Wagamama ki no mama Ai no joke sold 144k in its first week.
Egao no kimi wa Taiyou Sa sold 149k in its first week.

I hope they don't push it back. The two groups sell about the same and are direct idol competition with each other so the fight would be REALLY interesting. I want to see Wotas/Johnny's fans. I WANT TO SEE WAR.

It will be fun to see who comes out on top and which company can promote best.

At the level both Sexy Zone and MM'14 are selling, I feel that their weekly #1 streaks are about choosing the right release week, really. Just looking at the #1 releases so far this year, how many weeks did they each actually stand a chance at #1? So one of the releases might not get pushed back simply because a better window of opportunity might not be there close to the current release date (not that I know who among the big names are releasing what when).

Considering it's the three most popular members of Sexy Zone I doubt it'll make a huge difference.
