As long as their English is not a cringy as C-ute's Spanish, I'm all for it. :fear:

if they can't pronounce those English lyrics, Nonaka Miki has failed as their teacher.

Screwing up a word here and there is much cuter than doing things perfectly and just sounding like an English speaking group. I expect that Miki (as well as Aika and Misaki) will teach them well but not too well.

Their pronunciation most likely won't be that great because it's not something you learn in a short period of time.

Yeah, there are actual classes in my college for exchange students on "pronunciation" like, entire classes just for that.

I mean, at least you understood what Sayashi was trying to say. Spanish was my first language, but C-ute was so bad that part of the video I had no idea what they were trying to say.

The good thing is that they have Sato Masaki and Haga Akane, who are a bit better at English.

That's so weird to me, you would think that Spanish would be easier to pronounce than English because it follows a lot of the same pronunciation rules as Japanese while English just makes up rules as it goes :P

I'm sure they'll have people to help it along, but of course the accents will be thick and it won't be anywhere near perfect. But if they end up more Namie Amuro than Koda Kumi, then it's a win
