They're very similar to her second album covers. Not that that's necessarily a bad thing.

Interesting covers, with the cut outs sort of shots I wonder if there's gonna be a sort of pseudo 2-D video for it?

I think the two shots are from the two A-sides. IIjan being the genki lighter-colored outfit, URAHARA Temptation the sultry red dress. There very well may be 2D cut outs in the video(/es), though. ^^
