Alright lemme ask this since I'm curious, how reliable is that Tenso place? Cause I've heard some people say that it's crap.

Is it messed up that Captain did a better job of capturing Miyabi's head shape than the artist for the Love Live game did?

I just use FromJapan, which is cheaper and friendlier overall. I've used it well over 50+ times.

Tenso is a simple shipping relay, however, while FromJapan pushes you to actually buy though their site. That can cause its own problems.

I've also had good experiences using FromJapan for the past three years, with a total of over 100 items in nine consolidated shipments. I've mainly used them to bid on Yahoo Auctions, but I've used them to buy stuff from Japanese websites a few times, as well. Have you used them to preorder items from e-LineUP, and if so, did it go smoothly? I'm thinking of taking that route to get the NYC concert DVD.
