It should. EVERYTHING in Japan is. All transportation tickets will be going up too I hear. Ah! And I was told postal, so shipping might increase as well.

I ordered Lovendor's minialbum and it was just 2500 yen + Shipping.
So... I guess not? :0
On their website it says "2500 + tax" but I just paid the 2500 and the shipping cost for it, I just realized. Awesome stuff.

They only charge sales tax if you're shipping your order within Japan.
