Given the tour name it's not looking too good for Sayumi either...
It'll be interesting though, when Reina's gone Riho will be the only front girl, and vocally only Mizuki, Haruka, and Sakura could really handle solo lines on a single-to-single basis. Maybe Kanon too, but she scares me live. FIGHTING!

It will probably push all the girls to become better.
Also, I don't know about the tour name and sayu, maybe it's just like.. because she's the leader and she'll hit the point where she has been in the group longer than anyone during that tour? is that the case??

I'm not worried about Sayu at all. What with her being the most famous of the girls it's smart really. And "Michishige Eleven" makes them sound like this group in some sentai thing lololol.
Sakura or Mizuki will most likely replace Reina as front girl - if not both of them. Ayumi and Sayumi will probably become the... sub-lead. If that's what that position is called - the one Risa and Eri had.

We'll go back to the structure we had in 9nin
Ai = Riho
Reina = Sakura
Koharu = Sayumi
Eri = Mizuki
Risa = Ayumi
something along those lines, probably. Sayumi also had occasional lines back then so I'd add
Sayumi = Masaki
since masaki has been pushed quite a bit
i bet it'll be something such
