Yanakiku's interview and Photos at J-Pop Summit 2015 http://www.fafafoom.com/yanakiku-interview-performance-j-pop-summit-2015/ I love Yana, and I love Kiku; I love Yanakiku! I also was there to see Kiku cry in 2014, Yana sort of teased her when it happened. I felt what Kiku was feeling and felt like crying myself.
Speaking of weight, I've pretty much lost interest in k-pop and don't follow it with any regularity, so when I came across the recent T-ara MV I was astonished at how much weight Eunjung has lost over the past couple of years.
I mean, she looks awesome (she's the one in the orange jumper and yellow glasses btw)...but she looked awesome before when she was much heavier. I guess one of the things that I found so cute about her was that she was this big-boned girl who stood out becuase she didn't GAF how heavy she was, and now, she just kind of blends in with the rest of the group. If Zuks ever permanently loses her extra kilos, she may face the same issue. People will forget about her struggle and then it'll just be like, which one is Kanon again?
The bokutachi wa tatakawanai PV might owe a tiny debt to Taylor Swift's Bad Blood or could just be cowinkydink, but in any event this video really kicks ass imo. Paruru looks beautiful and has endless costume changes. The fighting is clearly professionally choreographed and looks even better than Bad Blood. Oh what unlimited budget can do.
I think AKB PVs had really taken a drop around after UZA/Eien Pressure (maybe with the exception of Sayonara Crawl but even that was underwhelming, maybe because the SONG was so underwhelming)... and then since Kibouteki Refrain they are reallllllly back on track, for my greatest pleasure, and that's both PV quality and song quality. I'm glad it's the case because honestly for the last 2 years it had felt like they were sort of sitting on their success and not putting in as much effort anymore.
The Bokutachi wa Tatakawanai PV was directed by the guy who directed the live action Kenshin movies, so the director definitely had experience with directing action and it 100% shows.
