When it comes to K-Pop, Red Velvet and TWICE are the ones gaining my interest lately.

Haha, I feel like Kpop within the past year has really regained my interest. Red Velvet and Twice are on constant loop for me, though now I feel compelled to listen through cmaj9, since boins has been successfully converted to a Red Velvet fan

I don't really like Red Velvet, not really my kind of thing, though some of the songs are okay. I love TWICE though. Still mad Somi didn't make it

Everyone that knew about Amber's solo debut and didn't alert me of it is fired, seriously.
So far as Red Velvet goes, I'm really only enjoying the "Red" songs, less-so the "Velvet" ones (I see how they're very talented, and its super quality R&B, but I'm not into R&B in general... give it to Airi to sing and then maybe). And nothing on their album really grabbed me at all. But I like those three crazy/fun single songs. I'll have to give TWICE a listen...

Yeah, I'm not too into Rhythm and Blues either. Whenever a K-Pop group releases a "comeback," I always hope that it's some pop-ish song I can dig. Red Velvet's second single was just so forgettable to me and it was until YeRi joined the group and the release of Ice Cream Cake for them to get my attention.

Speaking of Somi, shes currently entered into MNet's 101 Produce. Its a show were the top 101 trainees from various kpop companies enter into this huge competition to try and debut with MNet. Currently they have the girls organized into teams by popularity (Team A being most popular, followed by Team B and so on). Its kind of a mess, but also kind of entertaining lol. I am wishing that this Produce 101 just becomes like SK's answer to the *48 franchise, that way all of the girls get to 'debut'. But I don't think they'll do that lol.
