Akihabara Backstage Pass will be fine.
They're not NGP and Tsunku is but one 'stakeholder' of it.
It's been running fine ever since he took a less active role (see the format change for Tsuntube).

You've got 5pb (Chiyomaru Shikura), Mages,.. still backing them. TNX itself still exists (heck half the credits in H!P DVD's are TNX staff).
Bakusute Sotokanda Ichome is on a major music label and new girls for the café are still being auditioned.
By every account Backstage Pass is doing very well.

THE Possible will probably change agencies... Their music label is Victor Entertainment, so I think they'll switch to that as their actual agency too.

Backstage pass wasn't just Tsunku. He was working with another guy right? I'm sure they will be fine. I just wish they came out with some good music again. Since they debuted they've gone kinda stale. But they have so much going for them and so much potential.

I hope The Possible transitions labels and doesn't go on Haitus.

Poor Tsunku. I know this is because of his illness. I really hope he can make a full recovery. I'm worried about him.

Backstage pass will be fine it makes too much money, I have been there and every day at least two days spend 40000yen on a bottle of champagne by itself! The Possible probably will just go upfront, though they should be brought in from the cold to H!P itself, they are better than most of H!P groups

NGP! died a quite death.

I'm actually surprised that it lasted this long. THE Possible didn't really do anything under the NGP umbrella for several years already. The Canary Club hasn't been doing anything since 2010. And the NGP! Kenshuusei were training to become anything other then becoming basement idols? They are now much better of as H!P KSS.

It still makes me a bit sad, I was a big NGP after all going to many Canary Club, THE Possible and Ogawa Mana events. I was actually the 1st person (I posted it on 2ch) find out about the forming of NICE GIRL Project, just by guessing the URL of the picture (that was actually very easy since it was just changing the release code from the previous single) on the TNX website with all the information on the next THE Possible that would become the launch single for NICE GIRL Project.

Anyway, a lot of fond memories but also a motivation to start following THE Possible a bit more active again.

By now, it's safe to say that NGP! is pretty much gone. It's pretty much now a waiting game to see what will happen.


Regarding Takada Ayumi, she has been the dance instructor of PPP! Pixion and their sister group PiiiiiN the last few month. Also since the beginning of the new year, she is participating in the Girls Street 2020 project as a creator. I believe she will be in charge of acting and talento. Here is her profile.

I honestly don't know where to post this as she isn't with TNX anymore (since 2011) and we don't have a thread for (former) Tsunku-produced acts (or do we?), but Tokito aMi confirmed to me personally on Twitter that she's going back to singing on May 13. This could mean she's going to sing her first new song since she last released the Talking Bunbun single. It seems she's having a 10th anniversary live on that date too. Time flies so fast.

On another note: first time posting images using imgbox. Went very smoothly. It pre-formats all the embed codes. You hardly have to do anything.
Imgur has just undergone a major redesign and for the life of me I can't find the custom thumbnail options they used to have.
They have some bugs to iron out.
