A translation/summary of that would be greatly appreciated. I'm very interested in opinions on the KSS, especially since UF's training system has changed alongside H!P itself.

Not very good at Japanese, but here's what I think it basically says:
The first part/page starts out with Kobushi Factory, all members being highly skilled in singing and dancing, won the best newcomer award(I forgot what it's called) last year, and how they all came from KSS. It them talks about how there's many trainees (and back then, eggs) who end up debuting, like Mano, Ayacho, Kanyon, UUG, Duu, Oda, CG having members from KSS, etc.
The second page describes how the trainees hold their own performances, and how there's selections by staff on who performs what, mentioning how there's auditions for certain dance/singing performance, where, after selected, if you don't do well during practice, they take you out/get replaced (basically, things we've seen on Green Room footage). They mention how girls also get stage experience from being MM/C-ute backup dancers, how the opportunities to debut comes in either new member auditions (MM) or being selected as a new group (KF, TF). Motivation for trainees becomes "Next time, it'll be me (who gets picked to debut)."

At the end, there's special mention of Kaga Kaede (well skilled in both singing and dancing), Danbara Ruru (who has incredibly high vocal power), and Onoda Saori (who, despite not debuted, has sung the OP theme for an anime [Kopinks]).

Have they performed this before, or is it new for Tsubaki? The title was familiar, but that seems to have been because Kikkawa covered it too.

^ It's a Chisato Moritaka cover and it will be the first time for Tsubaki to cover it. Second song of hers they've covered and I'm loving it.
