Recochoku isn't really an accurate depiction of how successful a song or a group is in terms of digital sales.
There are other alternatives like iTunes, but also there are many groups that put more emphasis into selling physical copies.
HP isn't the only group who is successful on oricon but doesn't rank as well in Recochoku so don't think too much of this.
