It didnt change too much from that photo she has but it could be lighting. It looks like she darkened mostly her bottom (tail end) half and slightly darkened the other half (half towards the roots).

isn't it also sometimes the dye can go lighter/fade so you have to re-dye? the change isn't that different and its still brown.
im liking all variations though

^ They actually went to Hokkaido on a family trip in May, both families together, but Maimi just has not done writing everything she wanted to write, and she is just doing it now.
