^^^ I don't know why they played Manpower over all her dialog. I'd rather her ramble on for half an hour and make chewing swallowing belching sounds. Incidentally, I have that same pepper shaker/grinder at home.

Probably too much ambient noise for her to be understandable. It was pretty bad already in Maimi's video.

From the comments, someone said it was because people were singing karaoke in the background and that would involve getting rights to the music. Or something like that.

It was a challenge to show her "power" — as an idol, as an eater — but she didn't want them to play a C-ute song like they did in Maimi's video, because she's in MM. So she told them to play a MM song instead. See 0:51 to 1:09.
