And about the popularity part, Oda Sakura got one and she's one of the least popular members of Morning Musume 15 as of now (Unfortunately though, she's really adorable and such a great performer). Maybe it's because they wanted to get her out there because she is the sole member of the 11th generation, but idk.

I wish they would do what they did with 9th/10th gen and give the whole generation/group (in J=J's case) a Greeting DVD.

Where did you get that info from? Curious to know since I only saw merchandise reports, handshake ticket prices and some 2ch popularity polls, and within J=J Sayuki always hits rock bottom on those lists.

Her popularity is really low, so I don't see that happening (I think she doesn't even have a greeting DVD?)
And to be brutally honest, I don't think she's cute enough for getting one

Sayuki is adorably cute. I agree that it's not something easy to see, she's odd, even to me it took quite some time to find her cute. But she is a lotttttttt.
She could easily put out an incredible photobook, if.... it's properly done. Truth is she has no much or zero "sex-appeal" and given that photobooks are sold on that basically, she will hardly be getting one for now. But for something crazy, playful and fun? Hell yeah! She'd hit it hard.
