Anyhow, future stalkers, take note: they're at the Shore Bird Restaurant, which is on the first floor of the Outrigger Reef Waikiki Beach Resort, which is right next door to the Castle Waikiki Shore where Risa shot her first solo Alo Hello! in 2007.

And judging by photos of the place, the Outrigger Reef's back balcony above the restaurant is where they do many of their Alo Hello! photo shoots. I recognize the railings.
