Seriously, I can't compare Tsubaki to Kobushi right now because they JUST came out. Like, Kobushi have learned already to work well as a group together, because they've been a group for 5 months already and they've done tons of performances since then. Tsubaki on the hand, just came out not that long ago. The members probably aren't as familiar with each other yet, so that's why 17sai didn't end out as well as we all hoped it would. They're still green.

Plus, I'd like to add that most of the members of Kobushi factory are seniors from the Kenshuusei (whether it'd be H!P or NGP). Tsubaki has members that just started training not too long ago (Ami/Kiki). So of course Kobushi are going to be considerably better, they got the headstart and they have experience on their hands.

also Im kinda over comparing groups in Hello Project now. especially in regards to Juice=Juice, it just really depends on what management decides to do with them and not neglect groups. this performance was obviously rushed and it showed. it was a silly move on their part, they could've just made them perform Onna no Sono (like Kobushi) or another kenshuusei song that they're familiar with to leave a better impression. but it wasnt a bad performance tho.
