We have so many interesting characters in MM right now it's awesome.
Airheaded Fukuhime with a streak of pervertedness that Sayu would be proud of is also the most level-headed, diligent, prim and proper of the members. Rihoriho being messy, forgetful and just plain weird sometimes is a nice contrast with her usual perfectly composed mood during work.
Seriously, i can't never get the complaints that these girls have no personality, whatever that means. They might not be the most appealing personalities for some and a few might even find them boring ... but no personality ? Pfft
