Yeah, I'm super confused, what happened to the other 30 members?! Only 21 were chosen. Did they just put a cap on it or something?

though I gotta say Hina Fes videos are definitely my favorite out of the whole year. They're just so fun to watch. xD

There's always a cap on the Hinafest Special section. That's why they do lottery based selection.

I can't believe Mizuki got another solo again, girl is lucky. I remember the year S/mileage had no members in the special section.
