Rikako's birthday is on May 28th (also Riho's birthday), which is 2 days after ANGERME's Budokan concert. ANGERME also have 2 tour dates after Budokan: 5/30 and 5/31.

Murotan's birthday is on 6/12, which is not far from Rikako's birthday as well. It's a risk giving her a solo event this early on because they're too fresh and their popularity isn't visible enough, but maybe ANGERME staff want to take the risk and push both Rikako and Murotan. And I do mention Murotan because I really want her to get a solo birthday event as well, so that she doesn't have to share with Kanana.

Since most fans have gotten used to the newbies by now, it makes sense that they're starting birthday the events. The reason why Haachin/Maria/Akanechin/Aikawa/Ozeki/Morito didn't get them is probably because they weren't well established enough as new members, and most of them didn't have big followings at the time. By June (Rikako's event), all of the new members are probably gling to be well established with a good amount of fans, so it makes sense that she's getting one first. I wouldn't be surprised though if all the members that have birthdays after got events, too.
