^ So excited about this game. It needs to be released outside of Japan even though the third game didn't do that great. I was worried he wouldn't be involved in this one, but it seems he worked on it during his hospitalization. :o

Tsunku is working on a something called "Komori Uta project" (Lullaby project), with two singers Yukawa Reiko and Kumiko. Tsunku is interviewed by Barks.jp and explains the project.

He will be in charge of music production for the lullabies . Supposedly, after the announcement of his laryngectomy, Tsunku received a hand written letter of invitation from the Japan Lullaby Association director, Yukawa Reiko, who is also a music critic and lyricist. The lullabies will be sung by a veteran Kayoukyouku/Enka singer, Kumiko.

I bought Rhythm Tengoku The Best + without realizing he was involved. I've never played one of the older releases, but the music is really damn catchy, and does sound like something he'd produce... how much is he involved with the music? Half of it sounds like an EDM b-side he'd make for momusu haha.
Did he provide his voice too? There's a game where you play tennis in an aeroplane, and it sounds suspiciouslly Tsunku-like.
If it does get localized, I'd really recommend it! It's got super catchy music and the games are fun, albeit ridiculous.

This 'Iwata Asks' from 2011 should give you some idea.
Tsunku wrote:It's a pleasure to be here. As with the previous game, I was producer. I was in charge of overall production of the game and the majority of the songwriting. I also led the way to make sure that the game didn't stray from its guiding principle of a "fun rhythm game."

I guess scarfs and turtle necks are going to be Tsunku's thing now?
Unrelated note. Saw Captain's post, didn't scroll up. Thought guy with glasses was Tsunku. Was very confused for a second.
