Mikuji/Omikuji is a paper fortune you can get from Shrines and Temples in Japan.
Sayumi went to get her paper fortune and the result she got was..."bad luck fortune", oh well she says. (Positive thinking)
She chose to eat Motsu nabe.

I don't think so. Something could be slipping my mind (but she was my favorite in S/mileage, so I'd like to think not), but I think we've just had Fukuda mentioning her now and then on her blog up until this.

Ah, right. I did forget something. She appeared in pictures on a friend's Twitter last year. The picture on her Wikia page is a cropped version of one they took together at Disney.
