According to reports:
- she talked about platinum era and how they were being scolded (especially Aichan since she was leader) and told to work harder back then, all she was thinking was "Promote us more wtf." lol yes. <3
- At some point Aichan and Gaki were told to be more outgoing and more "unique"/"individual" (the same scolding 5th gen got when they just joined after 4th gen) -- next to them stood 6th gen thinking "...the hell?"
- People keep saying "platinum era was great!!" and all these days but it's too late to say it now. Back then the company should have given them more promotion so that people would have realized that they were good sooner.
- The stair-seats on the stage during H!P cons, at first when they started doing those they weren't allowed to look at the stage where the idol was performing. They were supposed to just sit there and do the dance movements -- which cause Sayu and Reina to fall asleep quite a bit. Reina had people next to her (Okaichan etc) to poke her awake quite a lot. Back then they even did rehearsals only for the "how to sit on the stairs".
- Fans said they don't really go to H!P concerts despite the random shuffles being popular. Their favorite idol aren't on stage much and even if they would be in a shuffle, when you go you wouldn't know who is appearing in what shuffle on what day so they simply don't go.

I love that Reina says all of this. Wonder if she gets scolded afterwards... ^^;; If not, here's hoping we get it on DVD. Basically it seems that

That website is so bare-bones. Realistically, Makoto is retiring but isn't at the same time. As a tutor/teacher/instructor, she's some sort of public figure and whether she likes it or not, and her idol background will follow her. It really wouldn't be surprising if she came back as a TV host of an educational show and made more English-teaching videos. Also, she'll keep getting royalties from her work in H!P and isn't shunned from appearing with UFP artists. In the end, Makoto is free to come back to the business any time.
