Way to slap your history in Morning Musume in the face. To be honest, she isn't an honorary OG anyways. She left UF and UF rarely gave a shit on what she did unless it's a special occasion.

Yeah she doesn't seem to have the same kind of relationship with Up-Front that like Ishiguro has. But why the hell is AKB having an adult audition? Didn't they already do that?

I admit that I had to think for a second -- "adult" as in "older" or "adult" as in "AV"?

But I know -- it's "older".

And that's OK. I'd actually be kind of happy to see a lot of ex-AKB and ex-H!P crossover. The truth is that in the entertainment industry, performers do a lot of things that fans might not like or understand, because they need to survive -- and any management/production group has to look very different if you're working for it than it would to a fan. So maybe an AKB group just plain seems like a good job prospect to her -- and maybe it would be.

Ichii Sayaka is the MM OG who acknowledges her idol career the least, lol. Even less than Fukuda Asuka, who did something for Odasaku recently at least. She said she has no interest in anything and in any member that joined after she graduated. I don't even understand. She didn't even seem to enjoy her idol career, but now that she's 30, she wants to become an idol again... with AKB? It's almost like trolling from her part.

But it's not like she ran out the door spitting in everyone's face -- Cubic Cross still had pretty close production and management tie-ins with Hello Project.
If you've ever been a part of any group with any kind of public visibility (and just about all of us have at one time or another - even if it's just working at McDonald's), you know that the experience of being part of something is always different from what people see when they look at it from the outside. And that has to be even more the case when it's something like an idol group.

But whatever. I'm curious to see how this goes, and I hope she does well with whatever she winds up doing.
