Regardless of everything, I'm focusing on how the girls are positionned and I'm so happy to see the lineup has changed!
Ai is center which is understandeable BUT she has not only Riho to her side, but also MIZUKI!
Top row seems to me like the ones who will always be underestimated and the bottom row is the well-known to always have a special place in the group xD
Just random analyse but I really wish Mizuki could get a prior part in Momusu when Ai leaves...

That's Mano's secret job in H!P. She trains the up and coming new kids and gets them ready to debut. For examples, look at S/Mileage, Up Up Girls and Kikkawa Yuu. UFA doesn't worry about her sales that much because of this.
