The full artist list for NHK Kouhaku will be announced later today (11/24). Utada Hikaru and Kinki Kids already confirmed.

I love them a lot, but I'm guessing that the only reason PUFFY are going to be on Kouhaku is that this is their 20th anniversary. If that's so, they need to have a Hello! Project extravaganza next year!
