I don't know the newer trainees yet, but in the first photo, the girl in the far left top looks a lot like Riho when she first joined, doesn't she?

It's with photos like that I'm reminded just how pretty Zukki is, regardless of the pocchari factor. Compared to the rest of them, she… sparkles.

Rena surprised me o.O She can sing really cutely but she's really quiet.
Taguchi surprised me a bit too. Her voice seems like it's starting to get stable but when Tomoko sang along her voice just got drowned out. She looks really pretty in her photo and i'm thinking maybe if she got taller that she's be much prettier and have much more confidence when singing.
Nomura gave me the same reaction. At the portion where she had the concert solo, I couldnt make out who it was a first hitting that last high note, then after a few rewinds I find out its her and i'm like o shoot that's really good!
Murota and Tanabe are getting really really good. A few quirks here and there but once they fix them they'll perform outstandingly and mostly debut soon.
Hamaura is getting a lot of push...imo she's cute and her dancing is good and her singing is ok.
Kurumi is a pretty good dancer and her singing is really starting to get really good. Can't hit high notes consistently yet but she's close.
Fuyuka seems to be really fragile. In some cases it might help her motivate herself to do better but if it's during practice it might just hurt her. She's improving a lot though.
Riko has a surprisingly good voice.
These videos are really useful. Before now I really didn't have a good idea of how girls like Taguchi, Nomura, Riko and Rena were like when it came to singing and now with these videos I can finally hear them That's kinda why I wrote surprised for half of these girls cause I didn't really expect much up until I heard them. I want to see Rikako and Kaedi's video =)

I'm very curious to Tsunku's comments just about everyone past Minamina, no offense, but the girls after (and including Yamagishi and Nomura) haven't fully left the biggest impression on where they are vocally and on their dancing and idol-ism.
Though Kaga has been really stepping out into front with her vocals and power, so I wonder what Tsunku's word is gonna be.
Sasaki is moving up in the KSS, but I think maybe she's a tad hyped up, surprised Inaba hasn't had the same WOO WOO like Sasaki has but these two might have something strong going and Danbara too.
Ichioka's appearances on HapiPure is definitely is getting her out there, but I'm sure she's got some stuff to work on...
