Generation songs again? That's cool. I wonder if that will continue when the 11th generation arrives.

Wow, they really released the dance instructor's video. I hope this is a sign that the management is trying new ways to promote singles. And I also am happy they are continuing with the generation songs. I hope that eventually becomes the norm for them. It's a good way to capitalize on the different generations in the group.

More generation songs? 100k HERE WE COME!

The new album is like a bunch of amazing group B-sides don't you think? There are pretty much no shuffles so more generation songs kinda fill that gap.

That's how I view it as well. I like the generation songs. :hehe:

That being said, group songs are more than welcome as well! :D

What's up with those two instructors having those weird half long/half short pants?

Sarah Palin wrote:Granted MM is still learning/perfecting the dance, the dummies are infinitely better. Wow, what a difference it made - the dance and song seem so much more dynamic. They're so professional, crisp, mature and stylish - not a bunch of kids dancing around. Makes me realize the quality that has been missing ever since Platinum Era ended. :/

As a big fan of the Platinum Era, even I must admit that the current MM is superior in dancing quality. Girls now are just much better dancers overall than those of the mentioned era... Only Aichan and Eri were outstanding dancers, and right now both Riho and Ayumi have surpassed them both (when Aichan was still around, Tsunku, the man himself said that Riho was already MM's best dancer), Fukuchan is also a great dancer and don't forget that both Sayu and Reina have improved lots as well, who are now much better than in the past.

And most notably, dancing routines are much more complex nowadays, as Reina and Sayu themselves have admitted (Platinum Era dancing routines were harder than those of the golden era as well). MM has changed more into a dancing focused group (again, said by the girls ), and it shows.

Now you could argue that there are some girls that need lots of work, like Haruna, and others that still need some, but not that much, like Sayu and Haruka. But overall, the girls's skills are pretty decent and they're working hard, just look at how much better Zukki and Maachan are. It's amazing to think that they can only improve, the thought of how good they can get is scary... (specially Riho, Ayumin and Fukuchan)
