Cos she dyes it so much in Official shop photos you can see the transitions she makes from different hair colours.

Its like Purple > Grey > Blonde > Red > Grey > Blonde

Risako's hair is mainly just the after effect of using bleach on your hair tbh. Thats why its so grey.

lolno. The purpley grey *could* feasibly be a result of letting toner sit on some developed hair too long, but it's more likely that colour on purpose than by accident.
