I know Reina, and she doesn't look anything like Meimei

Some Eggs can look different from their official pictures, thats why I'm not sure who that is.

^ When you say "Kurumi's right" people probably aren't going to look at the picture and flip it to so they're actually thinking about what would have been her right side in real life. They'll most likely just look at the picture and assume you mean Reina's position.

I'm pretty sure the girl on the other side of her is Kaga Kaede, but I could be mistaken.
