She hasn't put in any ash at all. It's just her regular color that looks a bit brighter due to the light. You can clearly see the pink, though.

Well, I know it's pink. But the shade of the pink is almost like an ashy rose color with the way it blends into her caramel (for lack of better color description) hair color.
