This seems to be an old mic rip of Nono backstage talking about how much she liked the song and doesn’t want it sung by other girls.

She literally sings the first line of chibi devil there in the middle, so I’d say it is very likely they are similar 0:

All the other tracks are cover songs which historically haven't been able to be on US iTunes.

edit: after watching the W performance at Hina Matsuri I'm pretty sure they said it was the old recording from 13 years ago and had a laugh about it.
