I think by the time she quit, she was entirely recovered, her reason was quitting was more like "I find I enjoy being a normal girl again more" than "I still have problems with my foot" (unlike Aika)..

She went back to being an idol quick though, so I'm going to just assume the time involvement in H!P was the real issue, rather than the whole "being a normal girl" thing.

I guess UFA didn't like that she was doing that and told her to stop, and her, unable to control her teenage hormones, preferred doing the naughty stuff, which worsened her relationship with the company.
That's pure speculation ofc, but a probable outcome, and seems pretty reasonable

Now Kanna is doing mostly acting work and no more dancing it seems. So her foot injury does seem to prevent her from dancing, same as Aika's injury did. Aika had better connection within UFA/H!P, thats what I understood, so doors for her opened more easily, and she is a Musume, Kanna is just a C-ute member and not even one of the original H!P Kids. But personally I think Kanna is in a much better position than Aika.

The timeline doesn't support the speculation. The gap between that so called "scandal" and Kanna quiting was about 2 years apart. And that boy didn't resurface after Kanna quit. So the reason Kanna quite doesn't relate to that "scandal".

That mustache isn't related to One Piece - "mustache fashion" is popular in Japan right now. Mustache prints on jackets/bags/shirts/tights etc. Everywhere. It's considered "cute" >>;
