I listened to the whole concert. Here's a few random thoughts:
• Riho’s awesome. Her voice is slowly but steadily getting more powerful. I love her voice when she's singing live.
• Mizuki’s a good singer, but she needs to sing louder and stronger like Riho and Kanon. But I thought she did a really good job in “moshi mo …”
• Kanon is getting pretty good. I was biased against her for a really long time because she sounded so awful during the auditions, but she really does have a very powerful voice. I don’t think she’s a better singer than Riho right now, but she has the potential to pass her.
• Erina actually sounded kind of good on some of her lines.
• I was really surprised by Masaki. She sounded a lot better than I thought she would. She’s actually pretty good for a noob.
• I was a little disappointed with Ayumi. She sounded pretty weak on some of her lines. I mean, she did fine for her first time, but I thought she would be a little better.
• Haruna was very weak, but I expected that.
• Haruka was really good, but I expected that, too. I’d say she’s on the same level as the 9th generation.
• Masaki sounds a little like a younger Riho. Ayumi sounds a lot like Erina, especially during “Glass no Pumps”. XD It’s probably a really hard dance.

I was impressed by Pumps. So. Much. Riho is amazing, and Ayumi did a lot better than I thought she would. It's a really difficult song and she's a newbie and gets to do it while dancing a dance that apparently takes the best dancers in H!P to do. Over all, all the 12 newbies are really good. Hell, I don't even wanna call 9th gen Newbies anymore, but. >.>

i honestly don't think Chisato is a strong dancer, so i wouldn't put her in High-King for dance ability. she can do the moves, but she doesn't follow through to their full potential, looks a little messy, and she lacks style. she's not a bad dancer (sorry if it sounded like it, but although i liked her YouTube videos it just highlighted her faults with it all the more for me) i see her as the weakest in ℃-ute i think. her singing is pretty good, but i'd have to really consider who can replace Aichan's parts before making this decision.

i probably won't listen to the concert rip, but i might have to give Baby Koi ni Knockout a try.
no time now though, have to get working.

I don't think Chisato is the strongest dancer out of Cute either, though I don't think she's the worst - I would say she's better than Maimai, but considering it's Cute it doesn't really say much. They're all really good.
I think they put Chisato in there for her vocals though - and the fact that she is working on her dancing and the Youtube videos. Captain was easily the weakest vocally, followed by Ayumi. But both of them are strong dancers, so having someone who's a slightly weaker dancer but by far stronger vocalist makes up for it, imo.
Besides, as long as she pulled off the dance it should all be okay - which I assume that she definitely did.

Having that said, I would never put Chisato in High-King. But... this isn't High-King. Sure, it could be and whatever, but if that was what they wanted to do they really should have put Maimi instead of Chisato and they didn't.
